Graceful Self-Help Counseling is currently in a pre-licensure transition phase. At this time, services are limited to educational resources, emotional wellness support, psychoeducation, and non-clinical coaching/support services until full LMFTA licensure is finalized in Kentucky.

These workshops and classes are educational and wellness-focused in nature and are not psychotherapy, counseling treatment, crisis care, or healthcare services.

Graceful Self-Help Counseling plans to offer educational workshops, wellness classes, guided reflection groups, and supportive emotional wellness experiences designed to encourage personal growth, stress management, emotional awareness, and healthier daily rhythms.

These offerings are intended to provide supportive educational spaces focused on emotional wellness, reflection, coping tools, burnout prevention, mindfulness, journaling, and self-care.
