Website Terms

Welcome to Graceful Self Help Counseling. By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please discontinue use of the website.

1. About This Website

This website is operated by Graceful Self Help Counseling and Christina F. Reed, M.Ed., MPA, Marriage and Family Therapy Associate, who provides psychotherapy under clinical supervision.

This website may provide information about:

  • Telehealth psychotherapy services
  • Emotional wellness and mental health education
  • Couples and family counseling services
  • Substance use and recovery-related support
  • Wellness coaching and psychoeducational services
  • Workshops and classes
  • Guided journals and educational resources
  • Practice policies, fees, and financial assistance
  • Community and professional resources

The public website itself does not provide diagnosis, individualized psychotherapy, medical treatment, or emergency mental health services.

2. Telehealth Services

Graceful Self Help Counseling provides psychotherapy primarily through telehealth.

At the time of each psychotherapy session, clients must be physically located in a jurisdiction where Christina is legally authorized to provide professional services.

Additional requirements related to telehealth, technology, privacy, informed consent, client location, and emergency planning are addressed during the intake process and in applicable practice policies.

3. Website Use Does Not Create a Therapist–Client Relationship

Browsing this website, sending an email, submitting a public contact form, following Graceful on social media, reading an article, downloading educational material, attending a general educational workshop, or purchasing a journal or wellness resource does not by itself create a therapist–client relationship.

A psychotherapy relationship begins only after Graceful has agreed to provide clinical services and the required intake and informed-consent process has been completed.

Submitting an inquiry or requesting an appointment does not guarantee acceptance as a client.

4. Not for Emergencies or Crisis Situations

The Graceful website, email account, contact form, and client portal are not emergency or crisis-response services and should not be relied upon for immediate assistance.

If you are experiencing an immediate emergency, believe you or someone else is in danger, or need urgent medical assistance:

  • Call 911
  • Go to the nearest emergency department
  • For a mental health or suicide-related crisis, call or text 988

5. User Responsibilities

By using this website, you agree not to:

  • Use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
