Thank you for your interest in Graceful Self-Help Counseling, PLLC.
All counseling services are provided through secure telehealth sessions for individuals located within the state of Kentucky.
Appointments, intake paperwork, secure messaging, billing, and telehealth sessions are managed through the secure TherapyNotes Client Portal.
Getting Started
New clients may begin the process by reaching out through the contact page or secure scheduling system.
After initial contact:
- You will receive an invitation to the secure client portal
- Required intake paperwork will be completed electronically
- Appointment requests and scheduling will take place securely online
- You will receive access to telehealth session links directly inside the portal
Please note that appointments are not officially confirmed until all required intake documents and consent forms have been completed.
Secure Client Portal
The secure client portal allows clients to:
- Request or manage appointments
- Complete intake forms electronically
- Access secure telehealth sessions
- Receive appointment reminders
- Review invoices and billing information
- Send secure messages when appropriate

Telehealth Sessions
All counseling sessions are conducted through secure HIPAA-compliant telehealth technology.
Clients may attend sessions from a private location using a phone, tablet, or computer with internet access.
For safety and licensing compliance, clients must be physically located in Kentucky during each session.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice, as well as missed appointments, may be subject to a cancellation fee as outlined in intake paperwork and informed consent documents.
