Support & Wellness Groups
Graceful Self-Help Counseling may offer virtual support, wellness, psychoeducational, and psychotherapy groups for adults depending on the purpose of the group, participant needs, availability, and clinical appropriateness.
Healing & Growth in Connection
Healing and growth often happen in connection. Group experiences can help reduce isolation, build insight, strengthen coping skills, and provide opportunities to learn alongside others who may be navigating similar concerns.
Graceful Self-Help Counseling's groups are designed to be respectful, structured, trauma-informed, and appropriate to the stated purpose of each group.
Types of Groups
Not every group offered through Graceful Self-Help Counseling is psychotherapy.
Wellness & Psychoeducational Groups
Some groups may focus primarily on education, skill-building, reflection, discussion, and general emotional wellness. These groups are not individualized mental health treatment and do not replace psychotherapy.
Psychotherapy Groups
When a group is offered as psychotherapy, participants will complete the appropriate clinical intake, informed-consent, privacy, and screening process. Psychotherapy groups are provided within Christina's professional scope and under clinical supervision.

How Groups May Work
Groups may be offered in different formats depending on the topic and purpose, including:

- Clinical psychotherapy groups when appropriate
Group size, schedule, cost, participation requirements, and whether the group is educational or clinical will be clearly identified for each offering.
Psychotherapy groups may require a brief screening before enrollment to determine whether the group is an appropriate level of care and fit for the participant.
Privacy & Confidentiality in Groups
Participants are expected to respect the privacy of other group members and not share personal information learned during a group outside of that setting.
However, because multiple participants are present, Graceful Self-Help Counseling cannot guarantee that another participant will maintain confidentiality.
Participants are encouraged to avoid sharing information they would not feel comfortable discussing in a group environment. Additional confidentiality expectations and limits will be reviewed before participation when applicable.
