Emotional Wellness Coaching
Graceful Self-Help Counseling is currently in a pre-licensure transition phase. At this time, services are limited to educational resources, emotional wellness support, psychoeducation, and non-clinical coaching/support services until full LMFTA licensure is finalized in Kentucky.
These services are not psychotherapy, counseling, mental health treatment, crisis care, or healthcare services.
Emotional wellness coaching provides supportive, goal-focused conversations designed to encourage personal growth, emotional awareness, stress management, reflection, accountability, and healthier daily routines.
These sessions are educational and wellness-focused in nature and are intended for individuals seeking support, encouragement, structure, personal insight, and wellness-oriented guidance.

Emotional wellness coaching is different from psychotherapy or mental health treatment.
These services:
- Do not diagnose mental health conditions
- Do not provide psychotherapy or counseling treatment

- Do not replace medical or mental health care
- Are not appropriate for crisis situations
