- Educational information and psychoeducation
- Practical wellness strategies
- Guided reflection
- Journaling prompts
- Grounding or mindfulness exercises
- Worksheets or printable resources

Virtual Workshops Through Microsoft Teams
Workshops and classes are offered virtually through Microsoft Teams, allowing you to participate from a computer, tablet, or compatible mobile device with internet access.
Instructions for joining the event will be provided after registration. Depending on the format of the workshop, participant cameras and microphones may be optional or may remain turned off during portions of the presentation.
Educational Workshops vs. Psychotherapy
Graceful wellness workshops and classes are educational services and are not psychotherapy or therapy groups.
Participation in a workshop or class does not establish a therapist-client relationship. Workshops are not intended to diagnose or treat mental health conditions and should not be used as a substitute for individualized psychotherapy, medical care, or other appropriate professional treatment.
Graceful Self Help Counseling offers psychotherapy separately for individuals seeking clinical mental health treatment.
Participant Privacy
Some workshops may include optional opportunities for participants to interact, ask questions, or participate in general discussion.
Because workshops may include multiple participants, Graceful cannot guarantee that information voluntarily shared by one participant will remain confidential after the event.
Participants are encouraged to:
- Avoid sharing highly personal, confidential, or identifying information during group discussions
- Respect the privacy of other participants
- Not repeat personal information shared by another participant
- Participate only to the level that feels comfortable
You are never required to disclose personal experiences in order to participate in a Graceful wellness workshop or class.
Questions During Workshops
General questions related to the workshop topic are welcome when time and format allow.
Questions requiring individualized assessment, diagnosis, treatment recommendations, or psychotherapy cannot be addressed during an educational group workshop. Participants who would like individualized support may contact Graceful Self Help Counseling separately.
Who Can Attend?
Workshop eligibility may vary depending on the topic. Individual event descriptions will identify any age requirements, intended audience, registration requirements, fees, or other participation information.
Some workshops may be designed specifically for particular groups, such as helping professionals, caregivers, parents, couples, individuals experiencing burnout, or people interested in personal growth and emotional wellness.
Workshop Fees
Some Graceful workshops and classes may be offered at no cost, while others may require a registration fee. The cost, if any, will be clearly listed with each individual workshop before registration.
Payment instructions will be provided with the registration information when a fee applies.
